To change the way your Viva alarm works, go to Menu > Settings > Alarm. There you can select between three options:
- Turning Automatic Arming on or off. If this setting is off, the alarm must be manually armed.
- If Automatic Arming is activated, it is possible to turn Delayed Arming on. This functionally means that the alarm will check motion data for movement in the home as registered users leave, allowing for visitors/guests to be left in the home without the alarm turning on.
- Turning Automatic Disarming on or off. If this setting is off, the alarm must be manually disarmed, either through the app or by using an alarm button.
