Viva supports the door lock from Danalock v3 Z-Wave version. The Danalock v3 is a secure electronic door lock that enables remote locking of your doors.
Installation of the Danalock v3 is done by selecting Devices from the menu in the Viva app, clicking Install new... and selecting the Danalock.
Viva currently supports Danalock in asynchronous mode.
The Danalock supports both auto locking and auto unlocking. The auto lock timer is reset every time the door is closed.
MANUAL CALIBRATION
- Turn the Danalock V3 to unlocked position
- Press the green button
- Turn the Danalock V3 to locked position
- Press the red button (you can press the blue button to test your calibration)
When the calibration is done your lock is ready.
If a devices is unresponsive, or the gateway is no longer available, the device can be factory reset using the following process:
- Push the pin-hole button 10 times.
- The LED indicator should now be red to confirm the factory reset.
