Door lock (ID Lock 150)

Viva supports the door lock from ID Lock. The ID Lock 150 is a secure electronic door lock that enables remote locking of your doors along with RFID and code entry.

Installation of the ID Lock 150 is done by selecting Devices from the menu in the Viva app, clicking Install new... and selecting the ID Lock 150.

The ID Lock 150 supports both auto locking and auto unlocking. The auto lock timer is reset every time the door is closed.

If a devices is unresponsive, or the gateway is no longer available, the device can be factory reset using the following process:

1. Have the door open
2. Hold the lock button until you hear 3 beeps
3. Enter the master code (Standard is 1234) press * then 2 then * and then 0
4. The light indicators should blink blue and confirm that your lock is factory reset.
