How does presence simulation work?

If this feature is enabled for a gateway, the alarm system can have a presence simulation feature. 

This feature will automatically and randomly turn ON and OFF some lights in the home to pretend that someone is home when it's not the case. It is recommended to add 3 lights in the system at least. In this case, you should see changes every hour approximately.

Conditions for using presence simulation:

• At least 1 light (recommended 3) installed of type Smart Light or Manual ON/OFF
• Feature enabled in Settings > Alarm > Presence simulation

If enabled, Presence Simulation will run automatically in the following cases only:

• Alarm in armed
• Sun is down in the customer's time zone
