If the installation of the Door Lock from ID Lock fails for any reason, you should perform a reset and try again.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Install Door lock: Go to Devices - > Install new -> Lock
- Click “Next” until you see “Activate lock” page or “Adding failed”
- If you see “Activate lock” then follow the instructions to ADD the door lock from the network
- If you see “Adding failed” then follow the instructions to REMOVE the door lock from the network
- If removing failed, try to remove it again and follow the instructions. Retry until removing was successful.
- If removed successfully, follow the instructions to ADD it again.
- If you see “Adding failed” then follow instructions in the app and in the step 2.2
- Repeat until it is successfully ADDED. Don’t quit the app during the process
