If the installation of the Door Lock from ID Lock fails for any reason, you should perform a reset and try again. 

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Install Door lock: Go to Devices - > Install new -> Lock
  2. Click “Next” until you see “Activate lock” page or “Adding failed”
    1. If you see “Activate lock” then follow the instructions to ADD the door lock from the network
    2. If you see “Adding failed” then follow the instructions to REMOVE the door lock from the network
      1. If removing failed, try to remove it again and follow the instructions. Retry until removing was successful.
      2. If removed successfully, follow the instructions to ADD it again.
      3. If you see “Adding failed” then follow instructions in the app and in the step 2.2
      4. Repeat until it is successfully ADDED. Don’t quit the app during the process
