According to ID Lock there is a bug in the relock feature of the ID Lock 150 Firmware 1.0.0 which can sometimes cause the lock to be unresponsive to unlocking from codes. We recommend to use the ID Lock 150 Updater which can be found in the app store and Google play store to ensure you have the latest firmware on your lock.
Workaround: After 10-15 tries of the correct code the lock should start being responsive again.
