Zigbee Lights

Viva supports the following Zigbee lights:

• Any light supporting Zigbee Light Link technology 
• Philips Hue Lights
• Ikea TRÅDFRI Lights
• Osram Lights

Important 

Please note that some devices may be pre-paired or sold in a kit with a dimmer or bridge. In those cases, the device needs to be reset before it can be installed with the Viva gateway. 

In any case, if the first installation try fails, a reset is advised to solve the issue.

Reset procedure for Phillips Hue bulbs

Reset procedure for IKEA TRÅDFRI bulbs

1. Have the light ON
2. Switch it OFF and back ON 6 times (in total, the light will be ON again 6 times without counting the initial ON state)
3. Wait in the 6th ON state, the bulb should increase brightness intensity to confirm reset
4. If the light didn't confirm reset, try to leave the bulb ON less than a second, and OFF longer. The timing of ON/OFF states may matter for some firmware versions;

Reset procedure for Osram Smart+/Lightify

To reset the SMART+ lamp (Classic E27, Candle E14, PAR16) or luminaire (Gardenpoles, Flex, Downlight) to the factory setting, switch it ON and OFF five times in succession for five seconds each time for a total of 50 seconds. When switched on again, the lamp/luminaire flashes once briefly as confirmation and can now be incorporated in the Smart Home system again.
